Arrowhead Acres' beautiful Banquet Hall is the perfect place to host a special Family Event, Company Function, Awards Banquet, Holiday Party, Quinceañera, Special Group Meeting, Conference, Training Seminar, or Trade Group Meeting. Our clients have included scout groups, athletic and fraternal organizations, church groups, and corporations for off site corporate meetings, training, and team building.

BANQUET HALL
For Formal & Semi-Formal Special Events
Our Banquet Hall is the perfect place for a formal or semi-formal function. The hall encompasses 7,000 sq. ft . and has a 500-person maximum. It is an all-season country club type facility, heated and air-conditioned for your guests' comfort. Our banquet services are very different from the typical country club banquet facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the décor, caterer and other services and we provide the setting. Pricing includes Function Coordinator Services, Banquet Tables and Chairs, Parking Attendants, and Restrooms.

  • Liquor License ($50 fee paid to Arrowhead Acres)
    This fee applies if alcohol will be served at your special event.
     
  • Campfire with Safety Forks, Fire Attendant and Marshmallows
    Campfire amphitheaters have seating for over 100. One site offers a raised stage area that provides a focal point for song leaders, ceremonies and religious services. Fire, long-handle safety forks, marshmallows and attendant provided.
     
  • Pool
    There is no charge for the use of our outdoor swimming pool; however, a lifeguard is required. The fee for lifeguard services is $120 for 4 hours.
     
  • Pot Luck
    The perfect option if your group enjoys celebrating and expressing their joy by sharing homemade dishes. (Limited to groups of up to 100.)
     
  • Banquet Hall Weekday Special
    Monday through Thursday; for smaller groups — lower minimums.


RATES

PINE GROVE AREA

  • Chapel In The Pines and Bridge Photo Area (2 hours) $600
    Includes 1 additional hour for a rehearsal
    ($250 credit applied when the Banquet Hall is rented)
     
  • Ordained Non-denominational Minister – Vicki A. Morin $150
    Includes ceremony planning meeting, rehearsal, and ceremony
     
  • Banquet Hall (4 hours) (includes Bridge Photo Area)
    Anytime other than Saturday evening $14 per person – minimum $1750 (Extra hours @ $375 each)
    Saturday Evening $16 per person – minimum $2000 (Extra hours @ $375 each)
    Weekday Special Monday-Thursday $14 per person – Minimum $700
     
  • Liquor License $50 (if liquor is to be served)
     
  • Pot Luck Option $100 (events up to 100 people)
    Renter places trash in our barrels and we dispose of it. Renter is required to sign a document that makes the renter responsible for all food related issues and any food handling accidents.
     
  • Campfire Area $150 per hour
    Includes fire, marshmallows, safety forks, and an attendant to light, tend, and extinguish the fire.


RUSTIC BARN AREA

  • Rustic Barn Wedding Ceremony Area (1 hour) $250
    Includes 1 additional hour for a rehearsal
     
  • Ordained Non-Denominational Minister – Vicki A. Morin $150
    Includes ceremony planning meeting, rehearsal, and ceremony
     
  • Rustic Barn Area Pavilion (4 hours - includes pool and recreation area)
    $11 per person – minimum $550 (Extra hours @ $125 each)
    $120 for Lifeguard if pool is used
     
  • Liquor License $50 (if liquor is to be served)
     
  • Pot Luck Option $100 (For groups up to 100 people)
