Our Rustic Country Barn Area Pavilion offers endless possibilities for your casual wedding or group/family outing. The area has plenty of room
for a large group (up to about 200) to gather, share a meal, and enjoy the good weather with games. Our choice of settings, along with the
flexibility of choosing specialty caterers and décor, all come together to open up numerous possibilities for a truly memorable outing.
Our beautiful rustic facilities are the perfect place to host your Casual Wedding, a special Family Event, Wedding/Bridal Shower, Child's
Birthday Party, Corporate Party, or Fraternal/Religious Group Gathering. Your guests can enjoy a barbecue or buffet and play shuffleboard,
horseshoes, croquet, lawn bocce, and badminton. Our Pavilion offers 2,000 sq. ft. of seating for up to 120 guests. You choose the décor,
caterer and other services. Our clients have included families, scout groups, athletic and fraternal organizations, church groups, and
corporations. Our Chapel-in-the-Pines is a lovely setting to host a Memorial Service for a loved one, and the Pavilion or Banquet Room will
nicely accommodate your guests for a Funeral Luncheon or Collation.
RUSTIC COUNTRY BARN AREA PAVILION For Seasonal Group Outings
For an informal and fun group outing, choose our 2,000 sq. ft. seasonal fresh air facility with a dance
floor. This area is perfect for late spring through early fall events and will accommodate groups of about
200 (without dance floor), 125 with a dance floor. Pricing includes Function Coordinator Services, Tables, Chairs, PA/Music System, Recreation Area, Parking Attendants, and Restrooms.

Your choice of two campfire amphitheaters, each having seating for over 100. One site offers a raised stage area that provides a focal
point for song leaders, ceremonies and religious services. Fire, long-handle safety forks, marshmallows and attendant provided.
- Pot Luck
The perfect option if your family or group enjoys celebrating with homemade dishes.
(For events in which the organizer/family prepares the food, Arrowhead Acres will dispose of the trash. Please note that, for this type
of food service, the organizer will be required to sign a waiver that excludes Arrowhead Acres from any liability for food issues or serving related accidents.)

Includes ceremony planning meeting, rehearsal, and ceremony
- Banquet Hall (4 hours) (includes 2 Bridge Photo Areas)
$21 per person - minimum $2625 (Extra hours at $500 each)
- Liquor License $50 (if liquor is to be served)
- Pot Luck Option $2/pp ($200 minimum) (when not hiring a full service caterer)
Renter places trash in our barrels and we dispose of it. Renter is required to sign an insurance document that makes the renter
responsible for all food related issues and any food handling accidents.

I just wanted to send along a huge thank you for hosting our group at your lovely venue this past Saturday. All of our guests and volunteers
had a wonderful time, and we were very pleased with how everything went. The Rustic Barn pavilion looked beautiful and it was the perfect
size for our group; everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to participate in our many activities. Thank you for all the
preparations you made ahead of time to accommodate us, including giving me a tour on a rainy day, and setting up the tables and chairs
exactly how I wanted before we even arrived. Additionally, you were so attentive and present throughout our event; we appreciated how
