We recently had our wedding at Arrowhead acres and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the day we booked to the day of the wedding the communication was amazing -- we would always get an answer with in 24 hours. We used the Chapel in the Pine and the Country Rustic Barn; both were very clean, and the staff helped accommodate to anything we needed. I could have not asked for a better staff to work with. Todd, Lori, Vicki and Dave were so caring and helpful during the whole process! They really do want you to have the best day! If you are looking for a home feeling venue where you can bring your own vendors, don't look anywhere else!

If affordability, gorgeous landscape for pictures, and enough room for a large 150+ guest list with easy to work with staff, Arrowhead is the place for you. Right off the bat, I fell in love with the tall ceilings and modern look and open layout of the banquet hall during our tour. With a bridal suite, handicap bathroom, plus multi stall bathrooms, it was convenient for all of our guests. The deck on the back of the hall was great for the cigar bar my husband wanted, lots of our guests loved the venue and are looking into it for future events of their own. (The bonus is the dance floor being on a separate control panel for the AC!!)

This venue is such a beautiful place for your wedding especially in October or I would even say would be amazing in the winter with the beautiful Christmas trees! I fell in love with this place because of the beautiful tall pines where you walk down the aisle the tall trees surrounding you are so amazing! I had a day wedding but at night the lights light up with those trees and I can only imagine how fairytale like or twilight even it would be! The staff was very responsible, responsive, helpful, and hard workers! They helped everything go smoothly and make my day stress-free! The venue is large spacious and warm feeling. They even have a beautiful fireplace inside. It is super affordable which made me also fall in love with it and they have a rustic barn area as well in case you don't want to have it in the banquet hall. There's so much to say about this venue that amazes me just from its beauty. The only recommendation is that the bar should be able to give the bridal party and groomsmen a drink when they arrive that was a little bit of a disappointment. But overall amazing!!!

I just attended a wedding here today! Very easy to see the entrance from the road,and larger printed signs to show which way is each building. There was also staff on site to help with parking and let you know where to go. The outdoor area where they said " I do" is beautiful. It's very peaceful and manicured. The parking, and seating are placed awesome to have your guests watch you walk down the isle. Then we drove up to the open outdoor "barn" which was gorgeous! It's not too fancy, but fancy enough that you would feel underdressed if you were in casual wear. They have goats, and a few donkeys some chickens and ducks in a huge fenced in area the kids (and adults including myself) loved going over to. Very clean and very well taken care of. The staff there were very kind and patient especially with the younger kids asking a million questions about their goats. Tons of parking, handicap accessible, and 2 very very clean bathrooms were available for our use. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an outdoor, more personal feeling wedding! Beautiful place!

We had an incredibly wonderful experience at Arrowhead Acres. We were married at the Chapel in the Pines and had the reception at the Rustic Barn. Dave and Vicki were so helpful from start to finish. We had all the information we needed on the first visit, plus lots of recommendations for other vendors. (We used the caterer they recommended and they were also phenomenal!) They answered emails quickly, were accommodating & friendly, and made the planning process easy.

The ceremony setting was charming and woodsy and magnificent. The Rustic Barn area was just what we wanted. Outdoors with a covered roof, next to a roaring campfire, near the animals like donkeys & goats & peacocks & a pig. We fit over a hundred people and a dance floor, and everyone had a blast. Lots of different places to mingle and things to do - there was even horseshoes & volleyball & other games. We had so much fun. (There is also an indoor area for events - we chose the outdoor option)

This was also one of the less expensive places we had researched (I originally found it on a message board about *cheap places to get married in mass*) and feel so lucky we found it. It's affordable and totally lovely. Highly recommend.

We booked with Arrowhead Acres for our 10/20/17 wedding & worked with Dave, Vicki & their daughter Shawn. All three of them were wonderful from start to finish. They always answered any questions we had quickly & gave us all the information we needed. Their price is more than fair & the venue is beautiful even without adding much to the decor on site (we had a black and white theme and their venue has a lot of white there already with flowers, curtains and the lighting within and outside of the venue areas). Any restrictions they have, they are clear about in the contract, and I felt they were fair and reasonable. All of the information on what they offer on their website is accurate. DIY brides will love this venue, especially those on a budget but I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for any bride!

We had a great experience with Dave & Vicki. We saw that Chapel in the Pines and the campfire, and my husband and I were both like, "Let's book it now!" The Banquet hall was perfect - we didn't want anything stuffy and we needed a LARGE floor to dance as we have many friends that like to Country Line Dance. There was no place that could match the chapel, dance floor and campfire to allow everyone to wind down. We wanted a comfortable place for friends and family to come celebrate our special day with us and they delivered. You will need to hire a wedding planner or be on your game here. Arrowhead offers some great vendors to work with, but you are on your own to pull all the details together. I didn't mind this as it let us create a customized day vs a package deal at other venues. Dave answered all my questions quickly and offered some suggestions when we needed. Vendors from their recommendation that we used were Liberty Farm (horse & carriage), B&M Catering (Yummy!!), Mendon Greenhouse (gorgeous flowers and attention to detail). We had our own 5 Star DJ & Photographer that aren't on their list, but I would also recommend for any occasion (DJ Joe Lupica & Jeanette Fuller Photography).

We had our wedding here July 3, 2016 and I have to say, this place is absolutely beautiful. Dave and his wife were more than accommodating and went above and beyond for us. They were always available by email or call and always got back to us within a day or less. They made sure everything went well the day of the wedding. We were allowed extra setup time as well. The grounds were kept beautifully for the day. The campfire was a great addition and we were also allowed to setup a few extra yard games. Everyone loved the venue and had an amazing time. I also really appreciated the time we took together to discuss vows. I am amazed by how perfect and beautiful they turned out! It actually made me tear up a bit while reading it!

I only had a few changes that I hi-lighted ... Other than that, everything is absolutely perfect as is! We will not have any extra guest speakers unfortunately, but I thought that was a very nice touch to ask to add.

Thank you and Dave so very much for giving us permission to ride our motorcycle down the aisle. My fiance really wanted to add that, and your flexibility means so much to us on our special day! I already notified my photographer to get a good snapshot of that for your website! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you also for letting us bring our dog, but I think I told you the wrong thing- he will actually be a "flower dog" (just walking down with my step-dad with a flower collar) so I can incorporate my step dad in the ceremony and our dog. I really appreciate you letting us bring our dog, it's really unique and we are blessed with how lenient you both are. I already asked someone to watch over our dog, clean up after him, and bring him home afterwards. He is a very good boy and I'm thankful I will always remember our first dog being a part of our wedding!

Our ceremony and reception were both held here and it was perfect. My husband and I were treated respectfully and found the owners to be very pleasant to coordinate and work with, this includes the rehearsal where we misunderstood the time and were an hour late and they had no issue staying and helping us through. They ask that the decorations they had provided be left in place and we found it more than a success to decorate however else we wanted to to create a beautiful atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained, they even filled in some of the larger bumps in the driveway when they learned we would be transporting our cake ourselves (Thank you so much!!). Dream Wedding!
I had my wedding here May 25th. It was nasty weather and they allowed us in at 9 am that day for our 6 pm wedding, which gave me plenty of time to micromanage setup and still get ready. My husband and I are both Army Aviation Officers, and they were extremely helpful and respectful with our military traditions (the owners are both in the Coaat Guard), and gave us a military discount (free rehearsal). They set up the chairs indoors in case we had to have the ceremony indoors; but God must have heard my prayers because at 6 it stopped raining with just enough time to have the ceremony in the beautiful outdoor venue. This venue is run by a couple of professionals. Honestly, I was amazed at how perfect it all was. The owners even came down on his birthday the week before so I could make sure the chair covers fit the chairs. I would have my wedding here again 10 times out of 10. Dave Morin was wonderful to work with. When we first saw Arrowhead Acres on the website we were a little hesitant, but we were in the area looking at other places and decided to stop by. I am so glad we did. Their outdoor chapel is beautiful as well as their grounds. If you want some place a little different then this place is for you. You feel like you are tucked away in the woods. Working with them up until the wedding they were great. I would have answers to my email within a day.
