Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the
setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In
-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion.
Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding
themes. Arrowhead Acres has been pleased to host and help plan a number of unique weddings, including Country/Western,
Vegetarian/Vegan, Gay/Lesbian, Gaelic, Medieval, Korean, Vietnamese, Nigerian, Ugandan, Wiccan, Motorcycle, Roaring Twenties, and Pet Participation.
Our choice of settings, along with the flexibility of choosing specialty caterers, ceremony officiants and décor, all come together to open up
numerous possibilities for a truly memorable wedding.
 CHAPEL-IN-THE-PINES
For Formal or Rustic Ceremonies
What could be more romantic than exchanging vows under the pines? This delightful area will make
your wedding ceremony unforgettable. Lighting is provided for twilight ceremonies. After the ceremony, enjoy your wedding dinner in our Banquet Room or our Rustic Country Barn Area.
Includes coordinator services, seating capacity for up to 350 guests, music and PA/sound system with DJ, restrooms.
 BANQUET HALL
For Formal Ceremonies and Receptions
Our Banquet Hall is the perfect place for a formal wedding ceremony and reception. The hall
encompasses 7,000 sq. ft. and has a 350-person maximum. It is an all-season country club type facility, heated and air-conditioned for your guests' comfort.
Includes Function Hosting Services, Ceremony Coordinators, Entrance Arbor, Wedding Bridges,
Banquet Tables and Chairs, Parking Attendants, and Restrooms.

RUSTIC COUNTRY BARN AREA PAVILION
For Informal Ceremonies and Receptions
For an informal wedding ceremony or reception, choose our 2,000 sq. ft. seasonal fresh air facility.
This pavilion accommodates 125 guests with a dance floor and is perfect for late spring through early fall weddings.
Includes Function Coordinator Services, Tables, Chairs, Parking Attendants, and Restrooms.

- Hold your wedding ceremony at our Chapel-In-The-Pines and your reception in our Banquet
Facility. Should rain threaten your outdoor plans, our skilled coordinators will quickly set up a beautiful ceremony location in the Banquet Room.
- Exchange vows at the Chapel-In-The-Pines and proceed to the Rustic Country Barn Area for a fun, informal reception.
- If your needs are simple (no reception), hold your ceremony at The Chapel-In-The-Pines, then walk to the Wedding Bridge Area for a
photo session.
- Ceremony Officiants
We now have our own resident non-denominational minister, or affiliated Justices of the Peace are available by reservation.

- Liquor License ($50 fee paid to Arrowhead Acres)
This fee applies if alcohol will be served at your wedding.
- Campfire with Safety Forks, Fire Attendant and Marshmallows
Campfire amphitheaters, each having seating for over 100. One site offers a raised stage area that provides a focal point for song
leaders, ceremonies and religious services. Fire, long-handle safety forks, marshmallows and attendant provided.
- Pot Luck
The perfect option if your family enjoys celebrating and expressing their joy by sharing homemade dishes.
(For weddings in which the organizer/family prepares the food, Arrowhead Acres will dispose of the trash. Additional fee required.)

Monday through Thursday; for smaller groups.

PINE GROVE AREA
- Chapel In The Pines and 2 Bridge Photo Areas (2 hours) $800
Includes 1 additional hour for a rehearsal
$200 additional if we provide ceremony music
- Ordained Non-denominational Minister – Vicki A. Morin or Lori Fisette $250
Includes ceremony planning meeting, rehearsal, and ceremony
- Banquet Hall (4 hours) (includes 2 Bridge Photo Areas)
$21 per person - minimum $2625 (Extra hours at $500 each)
- Liquor License $50 (if liquor is to be served)
- Pot Luck Option $2/pp ($200 minimum) (when not hiring a full service caterer)
Renter places trash in our barrels and we dispose of it. Renter is required to sign an insurance document that makes the renter responsible for all food related issues and
any food handling accidents.
- Campfire Area $250 per hour
Includes fire, marshmallows, safety forks, and an attendant to light, tend, and
extinguish the fire.

- Rustic Barn Pavilion Wedding Ceremony Area (1 hour) $400
Includes 1 additional hour for a rehearsal
